AI Service Coordinator

We're changing how Mobal works. Instead of selling small businesses a tool, we do the work for them. AI agents handle most of it, and you make sure every customer gets what they need.

It's a brand new role at the centre of our strategy. You don't need a long CV. You need curiosity, real care for customers, and a genuine kick out of getting AI to do useful work.

Please note: the role requires fluent Finnish and being at our Helsinki office 3 days a week from day one.

About Mobal

Mobal is a leading B2B marketing platform helping restaurants and brick-and-mortar businesses maximize their visibility on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and other key discovery platforms. Trusted by over 8,000 businesses across 10+ countries, we're growing fast and have recently raised a new funding round to accelerate international expansion.

Right now we're in the middle of a big shift. Until now, customers bought a tool and used it themselves. Going forward, we do the work for them. A small business owner doesn't want another platform to log into. They want their opening hours correct, their reviews answered, and their content published. So they send us a WhatsApp message, and it gets handled.

Our culture is built around three simple acts:

Impact Over Everything. | Fire Over Fear. | Own it. Solve it. Ship it.‍

It means decisions get made, not discussed to death. It means "I'll try it" beats "let me check first." It means speaking your mind is expected, not brave. It means dropping the ball is fine, as long as you pick it up, learn, and throw better next time. And none of this works without the people behind it, so your wellbeing isn't a perk, it's a priority.
‍

What you'll do

Keep the service running. Business information updates, review responses, content and posts, monthly reports — delivered on time and at the agreed quality across the whole managed-service customer base. The agents do most of it. You own the result.

Handle the exceptions. Anything the agents aren't set up to handle, or don't know how to handle, comes to you. You pick it up, get it done, and close the loop with the customer.

Build and improve the agents. Design the workflows and prompts that produce the work. Start manual, then automate whatever repeats.

Own the customer context. An agent is only as good as what it knows about the customer. You keep that information accurate, current and useful, including the onboarding questionnaire and how we use it.

Guard the quality bar. Agents draft the posts and customers decide what gets published. You regularly check the quality of the agents' work, keep asking customers what they think of their content, and improve the agents wherever you see room to do better.

Who we're looking for

  • Language: Finnish is a must for running kickoff interviews and check-in meetings. You'll also need fluent English, both spoken and written — it's our working language.
  • AI hands-on, not AI curious. You've built things to get real work done, not just tried them once. You don't need to be a developer, but APIs and integrations shouldn't scare you, and you should want to get much better at this fast.
  • A systems brain. Repeated manual work bothers you in a productive way. Doing the same task for the tenth time makes you want to build the thing that handles the eleventh.
  • Reliability across many small things. You'll juggle a lot of small commitments for a lot of customers. Dropping them isn't an option, and you know how to keep track.
  • Clear, friendly writing. Our customers are business owners with five minutes between jobs. You can explain something complicated in a way that's simple and friendly, with an obvious next step.
  • Ownership. You're comfortable running a service while the process for running it is still being built. You'd rather ship something imperfect this week than plan something perfect for next month.
  • Location: Able to be at our Helsinki office at least 3 days a week.
  • Advantage: experience in customer service, support, or operations; working with AI and a ticketing system.
    ‍

What we offer

  • A low-hierarchy culture that moves fast and trusts you to own your work. Real freedom, real responsibility, real influence, and the support to grow into all three.
  • A role at the core of the company strategy, with direct access to the leadership team and fast feedback on what you build.
  • Thorough onboarding to the role, our systems and the Mobal platform, with strong team support from day one.
  • Full-time role with a monthly base salary of 3000 €, depending on experience and skills, with the potential for performance-based compensation on top.
  • Equity participation after the probation period.
  • Epassi benefit, €50/month for sports, culture, food or healthcare.
  • Occupational healthcare, new tech gear, a central office, and team events.
  • A development-oriented team lead who sees team wellbeing and trust as the foundation of high performance. Get to know Sini in advance: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sini-myllykoski-the-key-player/
