Product and Service Descriptions

1. Introduction

This page describes the Products and Services provided by Remy App Oy (the “Service Provider”) and forms the Descriptions referred to in the Terms of Service. These descriptions may be updated from time to time. The current Descriptions will be made available on Service Provider’s website.

Service Provider’s offering consists of (i) Platform, (ii) Managed Services, and (iii) Professional Services, each of which may include specific products or service components as described below.

Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

2. Platform

2.1 Overview

The Platform is a software solution that enables the Company to manage its digital presence, Business Listings, and related data across supported platforms.

The Platform consists of different modules (as mentioned in section 2.2 below) or product areas, which may be included depending on the scope agreed in the Order.


2.2 Platform Modules

The Platform may include the following modules:

(a) Business Listings

- Management of Business Listings across supported platforms (such as Google Business Profile, Apple Business and similar services as supported by the Service Provider from time to time)

- Editing and updating location information (e.g. opening hours, attributes, descriptions)

- Uploading images and posts to supported platforms

- Management and updates of menus to supported platforms

- Basic analytics related to supported platforms

(b) Websites

- Tools to manage and/or generate location-based web pages and/or brand websites

- Management and placement of website content

- Management of built-in widgets (such as review and reservation) on websites

(c) Online Ordering

- Functionality enabling end customers to place orders through your website and/or similar digital channels

- Integration with third-party delivery systems and point-of-sale systems where applicable

(d) Reputation

- Monitoring of customer reviews across supported platforms

- Tools for responding to or managing reviews

- Basic analytics related to customer feedback

(e) Ads

- Tools to manage or support advertising campaigns across supported platforms

- Integration with third-party advertising services


2.3 Customer Responsibilities

The Company is responsible for:

- Providing accurate and complete business information

- Maintaining necessary access rights to third-party platforms

- Ensuring that all content and product usage complies with applicable laws and Third Party Policies


2.4 Limitations

Unless otherwise agreed:

- The Platform does not guarantee visibility, rankings, traffic, or performance outcomes

- Functionality depends on third-party platforms and may change without notice

- Certain modules or features may require additional fees or configuration as specified in the Order

3. Managed Services

3.1 Overview

Managed Services are services where Service Provider operates or manages certain Platform-related activities on behalf of the Company.

3.2 Business Listings Management

Business Listings Management may include:

- Creation, updating, and maintenance of Business Listings

- Management of business information such as opening hours, descriptions, and attributes

- Coordination of updates across supported platforms

- Response to reviews

- Escalation of serious customer complaints

- Monitoring of listing status and basic issue resolution

Exclusions

Unless otherwise agreed:

- No guarantee of ranking improvements or performance outcomes

- No obligation to respond to customer reviews

- No paid advertising or campaign management

- No responsibility for content creation

Customer Responsibilities

The Company must:

- Provide accurate and timely information

- Approve changes when required

- Grant necessary permissions to access and manage listings

Third-Party Dependencies

Business Listings are hosted on third-party platforms (such as Google). Service Provider is not responsible for:

- Changes in third-party platform functionality

- Removal, suspension, or modification of listings by third parties

- Delays or errors caused by third-party systems

4. Professional Services
4.1 Overview

Professional Services include additional services provided in connection with the Platform or Managed Services, typically for a separate fee as agreed in the Order.

4.2 Onboarding / Kick-Off

A one-time service designed to support the Company in getting started.


This may include:

- Initial setup and configuration of the Platform

- Guidance on usage and best practices

- Import or setup of Business Listings and related data

4.3 Hourly-Based Consultation

Additional consulting or support services provided on an hourly or project basis.

This may include:

- Advisory services related to listings, digital presence, or platform usage

- Custom setup or configuration

- Data-related tasks or operational support


5. Changes to Products and Services

Service Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or improve its Products, Services, and their descriptions at any time, including without limitation changes to:

- Improve functionality or quality

- Optimize cost efficiency

- Comply with applicable laws or third-party requirements

6. Use of Company Data

Service Provider may use Company Data received from the Company or third parties for the purpose of developing and improving its Products and Services as further set out in the Terms of Service.

Such use may include aggregated and anonymized data and will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
