Over 1,500 restaurants across the Nordics already use Mobal to manage and scale their online presence. Now, we’re expanding across Europe and looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Partner.

Your Mission

As a Sales Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind Mobal’s growth in your local city and country. You’ll own the full sales process – from prospecting and meetings to closing deals – and play a key role in building our local presence.

You’ll work independently but never alone. Our marketing, sales and customer success teams will support you with qualified leads, materials, and training to help you succeed.

You will:

  • Reach out to restaurant owners and decision-makers, book meetings, and run demos
  • Lead the full sales cycle and close deals (onboarding handled by Mobal’s Customer Success team)
  • Build and manage your pipeline with support from Mobal’s marketing and SDR team
  • Represent Mobal in your local market and build strong relationships within the restaurant community
  • Help restaurants grow using Mobal’s solutions for websites, reviews, and local ads

Who You Are

We imagine that you may have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Selling to restaurants or hospitality businesses (POS, delivery, loyalty, SaaS, etc.)
  • Selling to small businesses — cafés, boutiques, salons, or other local SMBs
  • Building a personal network in the local business community

You are likely:

  • Self-driven, social, and motivated by freedom and accountability
  • Curious about how the restaurant and SMB world is evolving digitally
  • Fluent in the local language and English

Most importantly, you want to build something meaningful. You’re motivated by creating value, achieving results, and growing with an ambitious team.

What We Offer

This is a 100% commission-based role with competitive earning potential:

  • Commission up to 50% of Annual Contract Value (ACV)
  • Residual commission for up to 2 years on your own customers
  • Optional stock options for top-performing partners
  • Freedom to build your own market – with full support from Mobal’s team
  • CRM access, sales materials, training in Pitch and Notion, and team collaboration via Slack
  • A clear growth path within Mobal – into expansion, key account, or leadership roles
